Reservation and Deposit:

To secure your reservation at Ecocoon Treelodge, a 100% deposit is required at the time of confirmation. Due to the limited number of tree-villas, this deposit is essential to guarantee your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation 60 Days or More Prior to Arrival:

   • Full refund of the deposit.

2. Cancellation 59 Days or Less Prior to Arrival:

   • Non-refundable unless the hotel successfully rebooks the villa.

   • If the villa is rebooked for the exact same number of days or partially, a 90% of the amount that we manage to rebook will be refunded.

3. Refund Processing:

   • Any refund, if applicable, will be processed within a maximum period of 30 days.

4. No Shows:

   • Reservations labeled as "no shows" are non-refundable.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

1. Smoking Policy:

   • Smoking is strictly prohibited within the tree-villas.

   • Guests found smoking will be subject to a cleaning fee, and repeat offenses may result in eviction without a refund.

2. Damage Policy:

   • Guests are responsible for any damages to the property and its contents.

   • The cost of repair or replacement for any damage caused by guests will be charged to the provided payment method.

3. No Parties or Loud Music:

   • Parties and loud music are not permitted in the tree-villas or on the premises.

   • Guests violating this policy may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

4. Eviction Policy:

   • Guests not adhering to the rules and regulations may be evicted from the premises without a refund.

By confirming your reservation at Ecocoon Treelodge, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy, as well as the additional terms related to smoking, damages, parties, and loud music.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests.

Disclaimer of Liability:

1. Assumption of Risk:

• Guests acknowledge and agree that their stay at Ecocoon Treelodge involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, medical incidents, and transportation-related incidents.

2. Release of Liability:

• Ecocoon Treelodge, its owners, agents, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, medical incidents, or transportation-related incidents that may occur on the property or during transportation to and from the property.

3. Comprehensive Waiver:

• By signing this disclaimer, guests expressly waive and release Ecocoon Treelodge from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, demands, expenses, or damages of any nature, whether in law or in equity, arising from or related to any injury or incident on the property.

4. Assumption of Responsibility:

• Guests assume full responsibility for their well-being and safety during their stay at Ecocoon Treelodge. This includes any activities within the property premises or during transportation.

5. No Guarantees:

• Ecocoon Treelodge makes no guarantees regarding the safety, suitability, or condition of the property for any particular purpose, and guests acknowledge that they have not relied on any representations or warranties other than those expressly stated in the agreement.

6. Understanding of Terms:

• By signing this disclaimer, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Any questions or concerns have been addressed to their satisfaction.

7. Legal Jurisdiction:

• This disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Costa Rica.

8. Severability:

• If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Changes and Updates:

• Ecocoon Treelodge reserves the right to modify or update this disclaimer as needed without prior notice.
